Shop & Pick Up

General Terms and Conditions

Customers who select the in-store pickup option as their delivery method agree to the Terms and Conditions described below.

1. The customer may choose the in-store pickup option at the time of purchase and may choose from any of the stores that have the desired product in stock.

2. Once the order is completed, no changes or cancellations can be made, so the order will be available in store for pickup.

3. Once the order is ready for delivery, the Customer will receive an email with instructions for in-store pickup.

4. The package delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. You will receive an email notification once it is ready for delivery.

5. In-store order pickup hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.

6. For any in-store exchange or return request, it will be essential to provide the order number, email address, and purchase receipt at the store counter to proceed according to our current Exchange and Return Policy.

7. Any request for exchange or return, whether by customer decision or because their order has an issue (missing, damaged or changed), may request its exchange or return in accordance with the current Exchange and Return Policy.

8. Once the order is confirmed, the customer will not be able to cancel it; therefore, they must wait to pick up the order to request a refund, provided that the policies below are met.

9. Once the purchase is confirmed, it will not be possible to change your personal information (name, address, telephone number, and email).

10. Promotional products are not eligible for exchange, returns, or cancellations.

Delivery Requirements

1. The customer must go to the store, and at the counter present their order number, the email with which they made the purchase, and an official identification.

2. If you are unable to pick up the package, you must notify us by email with the name of the person who will collect it. This person must bring the previously mentioned requirements, as well as a copy of the package owner's identification.

3. Packages will not be delivered if any of the above requirements are not met.

Delivery Time

1. You have 10 calendar days to collect your order in store.

2. If the Customer does not immediately claim their order, they will receive an email reminder on the 5th (fifth) day informing them of the new expiration time, which will be 5 (five) calendar days.

3. If the customer has not read the email, the previously informed validity period will still apply.

4. If you do not claim your order within the established time (10 days), the order will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Refunds are not instant, and usually take no more than 35 calendar days from the date of purchase.

6. If the Customer wishes to receive information about their order, they should contact our Customer Service.

7. Under no circumstances will automatic refunds be processed for overdue or unclaimed orders.

About the Changes

1. Changes or returns cannot be processed without the order number and the purchase receipt.

2. Products purchased through a promotion or with a direct discount on lustmexico.com are final sales and therefore are not eligible for exchanges, cancellations or returns.

3. The Customer may request an exchange (size, color or model) of any of their products at the collection store or through our Customer Service.

4. This change will be subject at all times to the availability of inventory in the chosen store.

5. If the store does not have the product required by the Customer, the Customer may request an exchange, which will be subject to the Exchange and Return Policy.

About Returns

1. Changes or returns cannot be processed without an order number and purchase receipt.

2. You will receive an initial notification within 24 hours confirming the return process.

3. Returns will be processed within 24 hours to a maximum of 7 business days.

4. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

5. The customer will receive an email notification with proof of their return.

6. The store will not be able to give cash as a refund.
